* is it possible to install it on hard disk (i just know it is, and actualy it is the only game distribution that does it)

You have to update the game module, ask for module update on forum if it is not up to date
* wich kind of package manager does Linux Console use?

Its own package manager (packages are squashfs files prefixed lcm)
